- According to the latest UK House Price Index, average house prices saw an annual price rise of 13.2% (to June 2021)
- The latest Hometrack UK Cities House Price Index reported that Liverpool saw the greatest year-on-year house price growth at 9.4%. This was followed by Manchester (7.7%), Belfast (7.5%), and Sheffield (7.4%)
- The most recent Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) report observed that new buyer enquiries and newly agreed sales have dipped over the month; the volume of fresh listings coming onto the sales market remain in decline and lack of supply is still underpinning house price growth.
