Roundtable Discussion Day
PS Investor Services will be holding its first one-day lease option 'roundtable' discussion / workshop aimed at UK property investors looking to network, bounce ideas and learn this effective strategy in the current climate.
The day will be chaired by experienced property investor, Edward Lane and we are very pleased to have creative finance expert, Lisa Orme, attend to share her hands on knowledge and insight.
Edward Lane - Full Time Property Investor
Edward went from being over £60,000 in debt to having a property portfolio valued at over £3 million; qualifying as a financial advisor and quitting his day job. Edward lives in Surrey and sees Lease Options the best way to take control and profit from property in the current climate. Edward will be discussing some of the lease option deals he has been undertaking recently and also be informing attendees of our 'Investor Club' which will enable members to have exclusive access to the very best opportunities in 2009 and 2010.
Lisa Orme - Full Time Investor, Co-Owner of the PIPA 300 Forum and Director of Keys Mortgages (Equity Protection)
Having enlightened attendees at our 'Property Experts' event earlier this year, we are very pleased that Lisa accepted our invitation to join the day. Lisa needs very little introduction as to her experience and knowledge in property investing and is often referred to as the 'experts expert' when looking at creative buying strategies. You can look forward to hearing no-nonsense and objective information on all aspects of lease options. Lisa has kindly also promised to give all attendees a “FREE” copy of her lease options book.
The aim of the day is knowledge and networking and PS Investor Services will not be profitting. We do, however, have to charge a nominal fee of £25 to cover the cost of the room hire.
