Whilst property development activity remains at a low point along with the wider market, PS Investor Services and its partner companies are in search of plots of land with a minimum of 1,500mē within a maximum 3 mile radius of the following cities in the UK (in order of ideal preference): London (Greater), Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Leicester, Cardiff, Liverpool, Derby, Nottingham and Coventry.
The plot(s) must be well connected to local transport links and other essential amenties (supermarkets, medical services, schools etc.). We accept land with planning permission although we will need to be able to communicate with the owner directly (and not, for example, an option holder). Generous finders fees paid.
