Local Authority Search fee
Most lenders will accept personal searches which are less expensive than official searches. We have an arrangement with a search provider where personal searches are charged at £75 for Sheffield and other South Yorkshire authorities and £110 elsewhere.
Water authority search fee
Fees vary from one water authority to another but they are usually about £50.
