EPCs

Energy Performance Certification (EPC) can seem to be yet another cost for landlords and investment property sellers that eats away at profits. Through our partnership with national and reputable provider Landlord-EPC, we are very pleased to be able to offer a market leading pricing structure with competitive fees to help ease the load.

The Process

When placing your order:

  • You will be taken to the PayPal website to make your payment (no account is needed);
  • Once payment is made you will return to our site to enter your contact details and the address of the property;
  • We will then contact you to arrange access to the property and undertake the certification.

Costs

Charges will depend on the size of the property and - due to our streamlined system that keeps our own overheads down - we are able to offer a wholesale price to PS Investor Services users, for example:

£85 (total cost) per single EPC for a house with up to 4 bedrooms (nationwide coverage).

Press the above button to pay.

We also offer discounts on bulk orders - the price of which will be automatically calculated upon application.

Please Note

EPC legislation is based around marketing of your property. If you have an exisiting tenant and there are no plans for them to vacate the property, there is no legal obligation to have an Energy Performance Certificate commisioned;

The Energy Performance Certificate is valid for 10 years for both sales and rental purposes;

By having an EPC produced now you could shorten the period from your tenant leaving to the rental property being placed back on the market;

If you are a home seller you need to commision an EPC to market your property for sale;

Please see our EPC FAQ, the Governments guidance for further EPC queries/answers, or for futher specific information on renewable energy and energy efficiency advice and information see Housing Energy Adviser.
